A Turkish start-up founded in 2016, has developed a customer experience management and survey platform online tool, which can be used in any sector. As a cloud platform, the software is easy to install and to use. The company is looking for a long-term partner under a commercial agency contract, who is able to sell, install and provide first level support for its software. 

 

Description:

This is a platform for receiving customer feedback and managing customer experiences. Corporations can get feedback from their own target audience about a product or service with this platform. Corporations can touch their customers with different access channels like QR code, URL Link, Tablet, Kiosk, Smiley Box, Mail, SMS, Web Widget and mobile applications. They authorized employees and  can instantly see the notifications and detect customer dissatisfaction. They can take the necessary actions immediately on any issue and take future decisions with reporting and statistical analysis features.

Mainly hospitals, dental clinics, hotels, restaurants, cafes, schools, special education institutions, associations, universities, markets, banks, private institutions, travel companies and any organization who wants to learn the thoughts of the target audience can use the platform.

It is a cloud and web based (Software as a Service, SAAS) product. This type of software runs on central servers and is offered to all users from there. This allows Corporations to use the software without the hassle of server maintenance, backup, update and security.

The prices are very reasonable. Corporations can buy a monthly or yearly subscription. The subscription fee depends on how intense and users run the system. In this way, they only pay for the amount they use.

Partner sought:

The company is looking for a partner to take over sales activities, the software implementation process with the customer and the first level support. 
After 6 months of common activities (sales, implementation, training) the partner should be able to act independently in the market. 

Then the support will be limited to big projects, second level support and training of new employees.
The targeted agents may be from private, academic and governmental sectors who are interested in obtaining and selling an online feedback tool. 
The agent should be interested to represent the company's services and solutions on the business market, on the basis of a long term and stable cooperation.

As a reseller, the partner can use the software with their own clients or sell subscription-based license directly to the company / organization to use independently. 

The commercial partner may take over the representation of all products of the company as a local business partner. The commercial partner shall initiate sales transactions and entertain business relations with the prospective customers and develop them systematically.
