The company makes on-boarding employees easier with a well-designed and flexible process where data flows from the new hire into contracts and other connected systems, in an intuitive user-interface that doesn't require training to start using. Furthermore, providing the overview and control needed to manage the process. The platform has show-cased its value in the supermarket and ready-made-food industries where store managers are hiring, qualifying and onboarding employees entirely within our platform without training on the system or involvement from Human Resources. And in the aviation industry where airlines are bulk onboarding employees for peak season with streamlined integration into their crew management systems. Security and compliance: GDPR compliance is automatically ensured with automatic deletion of candidate data after a certain time period and secure data storage in Europe.
