Summary:

 

A Ukrainian SME offers AI-based software for blood pressure monitors. The software provides additional and expanded diagnostics for sports, space, and military medicine, daily monitoring, fitness, preventive and functional examinations. The software is based on the analysis of pulsation registered during the measurement of blood pressure. The SME is looking for software license agreements via commercial agreements with technical assistance.

 

Description:

 

IoT Medical Devices Market (including Blood Pressure Monitors) is projected to reach $94.2 billion by 2026 from USD 26.5 billion in 2021, at a CAGR of 28.9% during the forecast period. WHO estimates that 17.9 million people died from CVD in 2016, accounting for 31% of all deaths worldwide. In 2019, each 8th person was living with a mental disorder. The pressure measurement procedure is the most common in the World. But the problem is in limited information for predicting diseases in advance and late diagnosis of the pathological processes. The SME offers an application of blood pressure monitors with a software environment. Analysis of pulsations during blood pressure measurements are analyzed. Also available analysis for electroencephalograms (ECG), electromyography (EMG), pulse diagnostics for medical and personal wearing sensors and smart watches (devices). Are propose to support these analyses in cloud calculation kernel. Used principles: - Heart rate variability - level centralization autonomic nerve system in heart and vessels adaptation to compression of cuff - Pulsation form – functional and morphological condition vessels - Arterial oscillogram form - functional and morphological condition vessels - Spectral analysis biosignal oscillation – identification fast and general central and autonomic nervous system adaptation to compression of cuff - Machine learning for disease risk identification - cardiovascular, lung, and mental decease. The software performs the following tasks: - obtaining measurements from adapted BPM; - transmission of measurement data to Calculation Kernel; - calculation of indicators that characterize the level of health. Additionally, Machine learning algorithms are calculated risks for heart and vessel, lung and mental diseases; - saving measurement data and computed indicators; - displaying the measurement data and computed indicators in a user-friendly form, for qualitatively analyze the patient's state and make recommendations for further action to maintain/improve the patient's health. Certification in Ukraine: Quality management system of company certificated according to requirements of ISO 13485, EN 62304: 2014, on compliance with the Technical Regulations for Medical Devices. Certification preparing to certification in EU The SME is interested in international cooperation and looking for partners for software licensing under the terms of a commercial agreement with technical assistance.
